This isn't just happening in the workplace.... unfortunately, even in God's own vineyard we encounter this so-called "boss".

Jesus Christ Himself, never bossed around, and to think He is GOD ...

He was a true leader, a humble servant and this is what makes Him the most well-loved and respected leader of all time.

God anoints His chosen people to lead.

It's time we realize that this is what He truly needs in order for His work to grow.

Philippians 2: 3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others."

Let us all strive to lead and never to boss!
