“The five who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast and the door was closed”
– Mt. 25:10
It is every girl’s dream to have the perfect wedding. Sometimes, things don’t always turn out the way we hoped for. But no matter what, we always end up having the best and most wonderful experience ever.
It is every girl’s dream to have the perfect wedding. Sometimes, things don’t always turn out the way we hoped for. But no matter what, we always end up having the best and most wonderful experience ever.
When I was planning my wedding three years ago, I had so many ideas in mind. Oftentimes, I would get frustrated when things don’t go my way during the preparations. As I continue to make a fuss out of all the details, I realize I was forgetting to prepare for that one special wedding guest - God.
All the physical preparations would mean nothing, if I was not spiritually ready to meet the VIP. And as I prepare to greet Him, I made sure I was ready. I prepared to walk down the aisle as a radiant bride by presenting myself to God whole and 100% pure. I prepared each word in my vows to glorify God for a future life with my husband. I prepared to enjoy the reception by preparing a special seat for Him deep in my heart.
