The Cross

In times when we feel that the trials in our lives are just too much to bear, remember that Jesus already carried our cross for us.

There is no suffering too great that Jesus Himself didn't surpass.  No pain so agonizing that Jesus Himself didn't heal from.  No trial too immense that Jesus Himself didn't overcome. 

For Jesus conquered even death and sin.  His love is far greater than all the problems in this world. 

He suffered for our sake.  His cross is the symbol of His unconditional love for us.  He died so that we can live.

So whenever we find ourselves troubled and burdened of carrying our crosses...  let us always consider that Jesus' cross was much heavier than ours yet He didn't give up. His unwavering faith is His strength.  His Father's love became His source of inspiration, knowing that at the end of it all is eternal happiness, peace and lifetime in heaven.   

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, whoever believes in Him might not perish but might have eternal life". - John 3: 16

My Friends Tigger and Pooh and a Musical Too! - DVD Review

If your kids love music, then they will surely love this film.   What’s more, who can ever resist Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and the rest of their Hundred Acre Woods friends! My 3-year old toddler totally loves Playhouse Disney.   Some of his favorites are of course, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Einsteins, Handy Manny and My Friends Tigger and Pooh .   Unfortunately, when the channel was re-branded into Disney Junior, I was surprised to discover that the show, My Friends Tigger and Pooh, aired its series finale in February 2011, and will no longer be part of the new Disney Junior. It was then that I decided to get my son a DVD copy so that he can continue to enjoy this show even if it’s no longer airing on TV.   When I discovered this DVD film, I knew it was perfect for my son because of his love for music.
